All orders will be shipped from our Newcastle warehouse via Royal Mail or DPD.

All orders have a tracking number and shipping takes 2-5 business days.

All orders outside UK have a tracking number and shipping takes 3-10 business days.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES We use DHL or another international courier to deliver our parcels. All orders outside UK have a tracking number and shipping takes 3-10 business days.

*PLEASE NOTE* due to current high demand and workplace social distancing requirements our distribution centre is taking slightly longer to send orders than usual. Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Royal Mail or DPD will also send you a follow up email that says your delivery from GLAMRDiP is on its way.

Please don't stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up.

If your order does not arrive within 15 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up with the mailing company.
